Privacy Policy
In line with the new GDPR laws effective from May 2018 here is a reminder of our data protection policy and how it complies with the new rules.
How do we collect our data?
All primary contacts within our database are those we share an active working relationship with. This data is covered by our working contract. We use this data to communicate important information about our business including marketing updates, technical updates, product updates and contract information. Additional contacts within our database are obtained from our staff attending conferences, events, exhibitions and meeting with potential clients. This exchange is voluntary either through a scanned pass or a business card. Further contacts have been obtained through online media outlets where consent to contact has been obtained in advance. We will only contact you with relevant information about our business. If you wish to stop receiving these emails you can unsubscribe at any time.We DO NOT SELL your data – its just kept between you and us.
How do we keep our data up to date?
Our data is kept in one database and we maintain it by:
- Removing those who wish to ‘unsubscribe’ from our updates
- Responding to email bounce backs or incorrect data
- Our sales and admin teams staying on top of changes in contact details – amending, removing, adding or replacing as required.
We hope this makes things clear and if you have any questions at any time, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
